4.1. Purpose of the data collected and consent to processing
In accordance with data protection regulations, the USER is informed that, through the website's forms, personal data is collected (name, phone, email and any data the user includes in their message) for the purpose of handling information requests, answering enquiries and preparing proposals for Total Events' services. The fields marked as mandatory are essential to fulfil that purpose. 4.8. Third-party services
For the operation of the website, Total Events uses the following providers, which may process data as data processors or as controllers in their own right: Web3Forms, which manages the sending of contact forms and delivers the messages to the owner's email; Google Analytics (Google LLC), which collects anonymous statistical browsing information only when the user accepts analytics cookies; Vimeo, as the provider for hosting and playing the videos; and WhatsApp (Meta), should the user decide to start a conversation through the WhatsApp contact button. The use of these services means that data may be processed in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Total Events, on its own behalf or as assignee, owns all the intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as the elements contained therein (images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, etc.). Total Events shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused, including by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the website —which will undergo periodic shutdowns for technical maintenance— as well as the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent it.
Total Events reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its website, and may change, remove or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located.

The relationship between Total Events and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish law and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
